IROQUOIS COTTAGE DAILY RATES
Off Season $150 - $225.
In Season $200 - $275.
MAIN BULDING DAILY RATES
Off Season $85 - $170. In Season $125 - $185.
- Based on double occupancy. Two persons per room only.
- Subject to 9.7% state and local occupancy tax.
- Includes a complimentary Continental Breakfast.
- Rates are subject to change without notice except for confirmed reservations.
Narragansett House Policies:
- Children over 12 years of age are welcome
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed in the Inn
- Television available in all rooms
- Check In time is 2:00 PM
- Check Out time is 11:00 AM
Credit Cards
Guests using a credit card for advance reservations or paying their balance upon arrival should be advised that all credit card charges will be processed promptly. Credit card charges are accepted subject to all terms of our Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policies.
Reservation Deposit
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of required deposit. A deposit equal to full payment is required on stays of 3 nights or less. A deposit of 50% is required for stays of 4 days or more. Balance of payment is due upon arrival. Late arrival or early departure from the reserved dates without advanced notice as described in our cancellation policy requires payment in full for the entire reserved dates.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of reservations received 15 or more days prior to arrival date will be refunded in full less a 10% per night processing charge. Cancellations received within 15 days of scheduled arrival date, shortened stays, or early departures will be refunded less a 10% per night processing charge ONLY if the reservation can be resold. If the reservation dates are not resold, payment in full remains the obligation of the individual making the reservation.
